Nicholas Stella is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur with deep experience in home care, care coordination, and healthcare operations. As President and CEO of Jzanus Home Care, he has led the organization through transformative growth—scaling operations, expanding service lines, and increasing EBITDA more than fifteenfold. His leadership has helped position Jzanus as one of New York’s most respected providers in the Medicaid long-term care space.
With a background in finance and business development, Nicholas has successfully negotiated multimillion-dollar contracts, driven cost-saving initiatives, and managed strategic vendor partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem.
He began his career in healthcare group purchasing, holding leadership roles at GNYHA and Premier, where he oversaw national portfolios and generated significant membership and revenue growth. His experience spans regulatory compliance, strategic planning, workforce development, and healthcare technology adoption.
Nicholas holds an MBA in Finance & Investments from Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business Honors Program and a BS in Finance from St. John’s University. He was appointed to the New York State Governor’s Master Plan on Aging and served as Secretary of HCP’s Long Island Chapter, helping to shape aging policy and long-term care strategy across the state.
